RTDM & ABBT Courses at RMV University, W.Bengal

Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, W.B, has invited applications for the following courses of Academic Year 2011-12 at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Divyayan Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Morabadi, Ranchi: 1) Five year Integrated MSc [3 yrs BSc (Hons.) + 2yrs MSc] in Integrated Rural & Tribal Development and Management (IRTDM)

2) One year Post Graduate Diploma in Agro-based Biotechnology (ABBT)

ELIGIBILITY:

The minimum requirements for the admission to the aforesaid programmes are as follows:

1. IRTDM Course: 10+2 with science or Vocational Agriculture/ Horticulture from any recognised board with at least 50% marks both in 10th and 10+2. Students appearing for 12th Standard Examination may also apply with at least 50% marks both in 10th and 11th Standards.

2. ABBT Course - Graduation in Bioscience/Biotechnology/ Agricultural Sciences from any recognised University with at least 50% marks. Students appearing for BSc final Examination may also apply with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Part-I and Part-II.(5% relaxation in percentage of marks for SC/ST candidates)
